Today’s Life Hacks
Think of 100-level classes as new languages
Intro courses aren’t meant to make you a genius overnight. They’re designed to teach you the language of the subject — how to “think” like a programmer, a biologist, or an economist. Treat them like learning French or Spanish, and suddenly everything feels less overwhelming.
Feeling off? Try water first.
Sometimes it’s not stress, hunger, or fatigue, it’s dehydration. Before you overthink it, grab a glass of water. Your brain and body will thank you.
The music math trick for perfect vibes
Hosting friends? Add up everyone’s ages, divide by how many people there are, and find the hits from when that age was 20. It’s a quick way to unlock everyone’s nostalgia, instant good mood, guaranteed.
Calm beats chaos
In a heated argument, the loudest voice rarely wins. Try lowering yours instead. People subconsciously mirror tone, so by staying calm, you help them calm down too. It’s emotional judo.
The “indicator plant” secret
If you’re forgetful about watering, pick one visible “indicator plant.” When that one droops, it’s time to water the whole crew. One wilted leaf saves a dozen others.
Good News Everyone…
17-Year-Old Teen Gets Rewarded New Job After Turning in Wad of $3,500 Cash ‘Without Hesitation’

17-year-old Josh Pache found $3,500 sitting on the ground outside a gas station, and instead of pocketing it, he turned it in without a second thought.
Turns out, it belonged to a local tradesman named Daniel McKellar, who didn’t even realize he’d dropped it. When he called the shop later, hoping for a miracle, he was told a young man had handed it in, cash untouched.
After a bit of detective work (and Instagram magic), McKellar tracked Josh down and rewarded his honesty with $1,000 and a new summer job at his company.
A perfect reminder that integrity is worth more than money!
