LIFE HACK #133

When your mind races in bed, redirect your attention to your physical sensations. Concentrate on the comforting weight of your blanket, the softness of your pillow, and the subtle movements of your toes.

Engaging with these sensory experiences grounds you in the present moment, helping to alleviate racing thoughts. Scientifically, this practice activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation by countering the stress response. This mindful shift in focus allows your mind to settle, making the journey to sleep smoother and more enjoyable.

LIFE HACK #134

This winter if you ever find yourself without access to hot chocolate mix, Just be aware that using Nutella a great alternative!

All you have to do is put a tablespoon into a glass of milk, microwave for a couple of minutes, stir well, and savour the deliciousness. It's a quick and easy way to satisfy your chocolatey cravings.

LIFE HACK #135

If you ever receive a big hospital bill (and hopefully you don’t), always ask them for an itemized bill.

This will end up being much cheaper, the US make bills unnecessarily expensive because in the backend of things, they rack up ridiculous charges like $37 for a bandaid. Once you call and request an itemized bill, they’ll knock all the BS charges right off before sending you final bill.
