LIFE HACK #154

Want to know if someone is interested in you? The positioning of people’s feet can tell you a lot. The next time you approach someone or a group of people in a public setting take a look at which way their feet are pointing.

If someone is interested in you they will turn their feet towards you. If they’re not interested in talking to you they’ll just turn their torsos and keep their feet pointed in the other direction.

It’s a subconscious thing that people don’t realize they’re doing, but now you can use this to your advantage to feel out someone’s interest in you without wasting your time.

LIFE HACK #155

The next time you’re trying to look for something you’ve lost, try scanning the room from right to left. Due to the fact that everything we read is from right to left, our brains get used to this motion, and by doing things backwards it allows your brain to pick up on smaller minuscule details.

Which is exactly what you want when looking for something. This trick can also be used when looking for a spot in a busy parking lot, or trying to find an empty seat in an auditorium.

LIFE HACK #156

The next time you’re in a public bathroom and start to get a little pee shy, start to multiply some random numbers in your head. Start with 1 times, then 2 times 2, then 4 times 4, then 16 times 16, and before you even answer that last one, you’ll start peeing. This happens because the part of the brain we use to multiply is the same part of the brain that controls our bladder.
