LIFE HACK #142

In Japan, doctors have a unique remedy for those battling the blues: Forest Therapy. Prescribing time amidst trees to patients with depression and anxiety may sound unconventional, but science backs it up.

Researchers discovered that the soothing scent of trees isn't just pleasant—it's a natural painkiller. Even more impressive, it gives your immune system a boost, helping you build resistance against stress. So, the next time you're feeling down, consider a stroll in the woods—it's not just good for the soul; it's medicine for the mind.

LIFE HACK #143

If you’re ever in a fight (hopefully you don’t ever have to be), the best way to create power, is to clench your fist at the last second. Most people tense up their muscles due to the situation at hand, but by doing this, you’re losing a ton of power throughout the swing.

By staying loose, your arm and fist will be able to travel at a faster speed, thus making it heavier when it lands on target. If you can double this by picking an area that feels good to be massaged, you’ll have a better chance of winning your fight.

LIFE HACK #144

Want to be more productive? Create a separate "Future Me" identity, and go out of your way to do nice things for them. When you're not in the mood to do something (for example buying milk, stacking the dishwasher, bathing the dog) think to yourself "I'll do this for future me" and it will work every time!
