LIFE HACK #026

Did you know that playing classical music will actually make your plants grow faster? 🪴

Studies have shown that classical music enhances plant growth by promoting better nutrient absorption and improved metabolic processes.

The vibrations and frequencies in classical tunes create a harmonious environment that encourages plant cells to open up and absorb nutrients more efficiently.

On the flip side, rock music can have a detrimental effect, causing plants to wilt due to disruptive frequencies.

So, the next time you're tending to your garden, consider giving your plants a symphony for accelerated growth and vitality.

LIFE HACK #027

You can give almost any recipe a rich, lightly sweet taste by switching out butter for coconut oil. Not only will it add some additional flavour, but it’ll also be a much healthier alternative.

The next time you’re baking, use a 1:1 ratio; if a recipe calls for 1 cup of butter, opt for 1 cup of coconut oil. For sautéing, stir-frying, or greasing pans, melt coconut oil just like butter.

Here are some tasty examples:

  1. Baked Goods:

  2. Sauteed Veggies:

  3. Stir-Fries:

  4. Popcorn Topping:

  5. Roasted Sweet Potatoes:

  6. Pancakes and Waffles:

Elevate your culinary experience with this simple switch—your taste buds and well-being will thank you.
